Privacy Policy

We collect only two categories of information:

a. Information you give us directly

When you submit an enquiry form or contact us by email or WhatsApp, we collect your name, company name, email address, country, estimated order volume, and anything you choose to write in the message field. You control what goes in that message — please do not include sensitive personal data in it.

b. Information collected automatically

Like most websites, we use Google Analytics 4, loaded through Google Tag Manager, to understand how visitors use the site. This collects your approximate location (country or city level, derived from a truncated IP address), device and browser type, pages viewed, time on page, and how you arrived at the site. Google Analytics sets cookies on your device to recognise repeat visits. We do not use this data to identify you personally.

• To respond to your enquiry and provide quotations, samples, or lead times.
• To communicate with you about an order or an ongoing commercial relationship.
• To understand which pages and topics are useful to visitors, so we can improve the site.
• To meet our legal, accounting, and regulatory obligations.

We do not sell your personal data. We do not use your enquiry details to send marketing emails unless you have separately asked us to.

Where the GDPR applies, we rely on the following legal bases: performance of a contract or steps taken at your request, for handling your enquiry and any resulting order; our legitimate interests, for understanding site usage and maintaining security; your consent, for analytics cookies where consent is required; and legal obligation, where retention is required by law.

Our site uses cookies set by Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager. These are analytics cookies used to measure and improve site performance. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies on this site.

You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings at any time, or opt out of Google Analytics entirely using Google's browser opt-out add-on. Blocking these cookies will not affect your ability to browse the site or contact us.

We share personal data only where necessary, and only with the following categories of recipient:

• Google (Analytics and Tag Manager) — processes site usage data on our behalf.
• Netlify — hosts this website and processes standard server request logs.
• Zantat Group companies — where a related company is involved in fulfilling your enquiry.
• Professional advisers and authorities — where we are legally required to disclose information.

Some of these providers operate servers outside Malaysia. Where personal data is transferred abroad, we rely on the provider's contractual safeguards for that transfer.

Enquiry correspondence is kept for as long as needed to handle your request and for our ongoing business relationship, and thereafter only as long as required for legal, tax, and accounting purposes. Google Analytics data is retained according to the retention period configured in our Analytics property, after which it is deleted automatically.

Under the PDPA, and under the GDPR where it applies to you, you may request access to the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct information that is inaccurate or incomplete, ask us to delete it, object to or ask us to limit how we use it, and withdraw any consent you previously gave. EU/EEA visitors also have the right to receive their data in a portable format and to lodge a complaint with their national data protection authority.

This site is served over HTTPS, and we apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against loss, misuse, and unauthorised access. However, no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

This is a business-to-business website and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18.

We may update this policy from time to time. Any changes will be published on this page with a revised "last updated" date.
